Nominating and Ballot Committee meeting #9 

June 9, 2021, 11:30 – 12:00 via Teams 

Present:

Jim Richey (on 1st of 2 year term), Sunita Gandhi (Chair, on 2nd of 2 year term), Lars Leon (Secretary, on 1st of  2 year term although he will be stepping off 2nd year of his term in FY22 due to election to LCPT) 

We had confirmed that the sections on the LFSA Committees Annual Reports this year with LFSA Exec leadership although they note some tweaking to some terminology. With that in mind, we reviewed our actions during this past  fiscal year and entered information into a draft annual report based upon a committee report submitted last year.  We will wait for the official form and enter our information in and get it submitted. 

Actions:

Jim, Sunita, Lars review draft annual report content and be ready to enter into official form when LFSA Exec  communicates that to us. We should be ready sometime next week. We’ll exchange ideas via email.
