III. Discussion of ongoing LSA Executive Committee goals and charges 

Chris Bohling shared LSA’s ongoing work and charges/recommendations for the coming year with  the incoming committee members: 

1. Work with LFSA on governance responses to KU Libraries’ re-entry plan for fall 2021 2. Establish some process or norms for a bottom-up review of supervisors/baseline supervisory  standards 

3. Find a concrete way to recognize staff who have been working on-site since the beginning of  the pandemic 

4. Conduct ongoing seminars on professional development, tuition assistance, introduction to  governance, and similar topics 

5. Work with LFSA to migrate the governance website to the new CMS
