EXECUTIVE BOARD MEETING MINUTES

∙ Meeting commenced at 2:03 pm 

Agenda 

I. Approval of Minutes 

Minutes accepted on 5/21/21 with edits 

II. Tuition Assistance Seminar 

∙ Chris sent out a survey to assess interest 

∙ There is a representative who has agreed to present for the first 30 minutes ∙ Paul and Michelle will each present for 5 minutes about their experiences ∙ Waiting to hear from Shannon about speaking about library loan program ∙ Discussion over best time in June to schedule session 

III. New Business 

∙ Transition to new LSA Executive Committee 

o Mary Raple (Chair), Jules Woodrick (vice-chair), Greta Valentine (secretary), Chris  Banuelos, Dyamond Hutton and Marianne Reed(members at large) 

o Plan a meeting for early July with both old and new LSA exec. 

o Thank you to Chris for leading us through this difficult year 

∙ Discussion about recognition of staff working on-site since last March o Concern over employee morale 

o Chris will schedule meeting with Kevin and include LFA Exec.
