EXECUTIVE BOARD MEETING MINUTES 

September 9, 2020

Opening 

• Meeting commenced at 3:00 pm 

Agenda 

I. Review Minutes from 8.26.20 

• Motion to approve  

• Julie 1st, Sharon 2nd 

Minutes accepted on 9/9/20  

II. Webmaster update 

• Michelle Curttright accepted position 

• Karna will set up a meeting with secretaries and Brian and Chris to discuss shared  responsibilities.  

III. Friday Brain Phog Session 

• Meeting planned for Friday, September 11 at 2:00pm 

• Moderators will be Mary and Chris 

• Discussion about breakout rooms 

• Suggestion to use a Google doc to update throughout session 

• Sharon-We need to think about what we want the take away to be 

• First section will be for all attendees. Plan for 20 minutes 

• Second section will be in breakout rooms. About 10 minutes. 

• Final section will be sharing of positives and negatives from breakout sessions. 15-20 minutes

• Need to emphasize that we are not recording session or attributing comments to specific  individuals. 

• Participants may add to the google doc if they are not comfortable speaking in front of the  group 

• Encourage participants to return from breakout session with one positive feedback item related  to what is working well within the libraries and one action item for LSA. 

IV. New business 

• Chris-talking with university senate concerning false unemployment claims • Mary-the first CRSA meeting is Thursday.
