Talk of follow-up survey to support having in future
(but Dean already wants to have it annually from now on).
Survey: what sessions do you want to see in the future?
Feedback: have breakfast and coffee in future. Have a Book-Snake making session. Will Staff Development Day be co-planned by OD in the future?
Emily has notes for the next term
We Will send a survey! (And we will reach out to OD to put it together with them). Leah will look into putting together a cost-estimate for the event for next year (with coffee).

LFSA General Assembly recap
Feedback from Larry Brow received by Leah after the meeting, reiterating his concerns. Obvious this study that will be conducted by LFSA Salaries and Benefits will have to look both at Gender as well as Faculty and Staff
Discussion of the Special Charge on Gender and Pay Disparity
LFA Ombudsman's visit
Staff want the Ombudsman to visit them as well.
We will send an email to make sure staff feel invited to the LFA meeting coming up to see the Ombudsman, and we will look into holding a meeting in a few months that either is for library staff or includes library staff as well.
