LSA Exec 

October 11 2016 

Present:

Marianne Reed, Leah Nelson, Greta Valentine 

- Note University Library Committee membership on our library website 

- Marianne moved to appoint Jocelyn Wehr and Mary Ann Baker to ULC – unanimously passed  (Leah Seconded) 

At-Large representation: 

- Comfortable with 3 representatives for the time being 

- Leah to e-mail 5 candidates and notify them there will be 3 reps 

- Leah to notify Betsaida that ballot is ready to go
