Present:

Marianne Reed, Leah Nelson, Greta Valentine 

Went through, edited/approved summary of LSA Fall Assembly. 

Discussion of At-Large Representation 

Volunteers include: 

- Shannon Royer 

- Sharon Riley 

- Emily Beran 

- Ann Snow 

Suggested meeting once per month rather than twice. 

A staff member shared a concern with LSA Exec in today’s meeting. 

Approved LSA Exec meeting minutes from 9/7. 

To-Do: 

Marianne:  

- Ask Brian Moss about sending out periodic updates from Staff Senate - Send out another call for volunteers at-large Representation 

- Marianne to talk to Mike about staff advancement opportunities – what would be an  appropriate forum to discuss? 

Greta: 

- Send out summary of Fall Assembly 

- Reminder to discuss staff Salaries and Benefits concerns at LFSA Exec meeting 

Leah: 

- Contact Betsaida about putting together a mail ballot for representation - Talk to Mike about potentially bringing someone from HR to discuss benefits for staff
