  • Update from LFSA Exec
  • Start planning for LSA general assembly meeting
  • Review draft charges for Talent Development Committee
  • Discuss possible talent development activities

  • July 25 Minutes approved
  • 2024-2025 LSA Exec Teams channel created
  • Update from LFSA Exec
    • Topics of discussion: Committee assignments, code review
  • Start planning for LSA general assembly meeting
    • Determine a time mid- or late-semester based on Dean’s availability, likely October or November
  • Review draft charges for Talent Development Committee
    • Review and reword draft charges and Mission Statement
  • Discuss possible talent development activities
    • Bus tours – can we do another soon?
    • Post-conference share-outs
    • We will likely regain access to LinkedIn-Learning at some point
    • Talent Development Day(s)
    • Add point of contact to the Talent Development website when possible
