  2. General Assembly Debrief
    1. Waiting to meet with Carol before further discussion.
  3. Salary & Benefits committee
    1. Put ballot out to add this committee to the LSA Code.
  4. Talent Development update
    1. Spring bus tour is in planning stage.
    2. Scheduling more Share-Outs.
      1. Waiting to hear from Brooke before scheduling February share-out.
    3. Need clarification on whether talent development activities (like tours) count as work hours for hourly employees and to standardize that decision.
    4. Need for clear, consistent language for policies.
  5. Talent Development funds
    1. Funds can be available for out-of-the-box activities as long as they are approved by direct supervisor and relevant HR staff. Andy recently went through the process and said it goes smoothly when justification for the activity is ready in advance. Main hurdle after approval is reimbursement if you don’t use a P-card.
  6. Student Appreciation Initiatives
    1. $500 budget for Spring semester.
  7. Budget review/Student Hourly Wage Discussion
    1. Audit of student positions and starting hourly rates.
      1. Most start ~$11-12/hr.
      2. Proposal for raising the baseline, especially for specialized/higher skill expectation positions.
  8. Shadowing in spring
    1. Proposal in development.
  9. LSA meet and greets for spring semester
    1. In planning stage, seeking input on what would encourage attendance.
  10. New Business
    1. Update LSA SharePoint page.
