2. Meeting with Dean Kevin Smith: Brief discussion of the annual budget—reiterated at June All Staff
3. Ballot is currently out to vote on changes to the Faculty Evaluation Plan
4. Discussion ensued related to the LFA Library Governance Committee Final Report and special charges
