Standing Charges:

The Committee on Salaries and Benefits (S&B), in conjunction with the library administration and LFSA, prepares such reports and statistical studies as may be needed to support library’s budget request for salaries and seeks way to educate staff concerning benefit options.

Standing Charges Progress/Accomplishment Summary:

This committee has practically been on hiatus, mainly because the committee has failed to secure the required number of members to complete its charges. This committee should be composed of four members (two members each from LFA and LSA) and two as ex officio.

All existing members are going to rotate out at the end of FY2022. It is important to re-establish this committee; and it is also advisable to revise the standing charges to appropriately deal with existing problems or create ad hoc taskforce.
