CRSA Meeting Minutes

April 22, 2025, 2:30 PM (Zoom)

In attendance: Phil Cunningham, Amber Ovsak, Eric Bader, MC Mack

Potential for sending out a survey on the different projects that people might have coming up and the pots of funding to pull from. 

Discussion on Phil, Paul, Amber rolling off CRSA and how we can prepare others for taking over. What is the process? Between now and June 30 – more programming?

• Carmen talk about her experience with GRF project. We agreed to follow up with her to put it back on her radar to see when she might be available. (Amber will do this and follow up)
• Creative works panel? Eric said that he would follow up with Paul on this idea.

Question of potentially doing it this summer.

Phil is willing to put together the annual report again this year - 

• We awarded 3 GRFs to different folks and increased the amount of LRF awards significantly from last year. 

Do we want any special charges for next year’s cohort?

Ideas – 

• Reporting form for awardees?
• Revising LRF guidelines
• User-needs survey / Assessing funding needs
• Outreach – more people involved and aware
• Better incorporating CRSA into the onboarding process – meeting with new folks within the first 30-60 days to ensure that they are aware that this is available.
