- Committee approved minutes from 27-May-2022 meeting, with minor changes, by unanimous consent
- LFSA-Exec committee meeting update
- Reviewed annual reports from LFSA (LIBRARY FACULTY AND STAFF ASSEMBLY) governance committees and discussed annual report
- LSA-Exec annual report discussion
- Potential charges for next fiscal year
- Continue to advocate for governance representation on Library Cabinet
- Continue to advocate for an informal review of staff evaluation ratings, across the Libraries, for informational purposes
- Continue to promote equity on future Deans’ five-year review committees, including codifying once approved by LSA assembly
- Continue to explore service award possibilities
- Potential charges for next fiscal year
- New Business
- LSA-Exec committee exploring composing a letter to the provost’s office regarding library staff representation on the upcoming dean’s search committee
- Also exploring asking the LFA-Exec committee to compose a similar letter, on behalf of library staff, if LFA (LIBRARY FACULTY ASSEMBLY) representation is codified.
