- Revising the Annual Report template (per Elspeth’s email thread with Jamene on May 14)
- Writing and getting Final Reports (from committees and from LFA Exec)
Other end-of-year items to transition to the new LFA Exec

- LFA updated on conversations occurring with LFSA; discussion ensued
Final Reports
- Need to revise the annual report template (particularly LCPT’s template)
- Executive decided to make the editorial change to strike confidential from the template form currently being used by all committees
- Confidential information should not be reported through public forms
- Elspeth will contact web manager to post modified form to the LFSA website

- Brian Rosenblum will draft the LFA executive committee final report and share with committee for review
Transition to 2021-2022 LFA
- Brian will consult with incoming chair Angie Rathmel regarding a transition meeting of LFA executive
