For P&T, Ad Hoc will take place the week of September 10, 2018.
There will be two P&T candidates in the fall and four PTTR candidates in the spring.
The committee discussed other logistical concerns, such as getting familiar with relevant documents and confirming access to storage locations LCPT uses for its work.

LCPT and HR hosted the Libraries' annual PTTR open meeting for candidates and their supervisors and mentors.

The committee voted again on professional performance, research, and service ratings for each candidate. There was also discussion of the possibility of mentoring supervisors in writing effective letters for P&T and PTTR files. This item will appear in LCPT's final report to LFA Exec.

The committee continued initial discussions on PTTR candidates and assigned writing roles. Chair Devlin created a document to catch notes about issues the committee wants to address outside the framework of the P&T and PTTR processes. Devlin also plans to request an extension of LCPT's due date from February 25 to February 28.

The committee continued discussions on PTTR candidates and agreed on ratings for their professional performance, research, and service. Chair Devlin suggested an addendum to LCPT's letter to the Dean, to be given to candidates, listing any detailed comments about their files.

The committee met to discuss items for LCPT's annual report, including revisions to the tips document, supervisor's guide, and ad hoc guide. The committee also discussed potential special charges for 2019-2020 and the possibility of meeting with the dean prior to the beginning of P&T processess in Fall 2019.

Members of LCPT attended LFA Exec to discuss elements of LCPT's annual report and potential special charges for 2019-2020. Chair Devlin will rotate off of LCPT and join LFA Exec, providing continuity for issues that remain open.
