∙ Review data referenced in 2019 annual report that Mike will provide (*see ACTION)ACTION: Mike will find, re-run, provide the following:

∙ AIRS data – University gender equity study - N/A as it did not include some librarian faculty  and other university faculty who were Academic Staff.

∙ Library averages of gender pay differences by classification – 2017 data was shared with  2019 S&B committee and is now in the Files sections in S&B Teams site.

∙ Current Library averages of gender pay differences by classification from (rerun with 2020- 2021 data) - Still working on this, more complicated due to salary changes with reductions,  VSIP, etc.

Review Appendix B (copy/pasted below) to identify and contextualize points to address limitation  of averages data.

∙ Determined that averages Mike supplied to the committees sufficiently account for many of  these variables at present.

∙ Discussed possible approaches for qualitative assessments address other variables. More  input is needed.

6. Prepare questions/agenda for 11/30 combined meeting scheduled for Nov 30th 11am  Angie will send updated agenda.

∙ What data did the former committee collect and where is it stored. Can we add to current  S&B Teams?

∙ Current S&B seems to be coming from different perspectives on the special charge and  reported outcomes. Get context from former S&B and determine what that team  considered the most important find, recommendation, direction.
